By accessing and using LeakLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

LeakLab is a poker analysis tool designed to help Winamax cash game players identify leaks in their game by analyzing hand histories and comparing statistics against winning player profiles.

Service Description

LeakLab provides:

  • Upload and parsing of Winamax hand history files
  • Calculation of poker statistics (VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, etc.)
  • Comparison against NL2 5max winning player profiles
  • Personalized leak detection and improvement suggestions
  • Dashboard visualization of your poker performance

Note: LeakLab is an analytical tool. It does not guarantee poker success and should not be used as the sole basis for gambling decisions.

User Responsibilities

As a user of LeakLab, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial poker analysis
  • Not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online poker in your jurisdiction

Data and Privacy

Your hand history data is processed to generate statistics. We do not share your individual data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve population statistics.

Limitation of Liability

LeakLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses incurred while playing poker
  • Inaccuracies in statistical analysis
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Decisions made based on LeakLab's recommendations

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LeakLab at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms
